Effective communication is the tool that helps conveying speaker’s message accurately from one to another. Coming to the role of effective communication among individuals it again plays a vital role in explaining personal notions in fact people who are familiar with such skills are always at the top of their professional life as well and as they own strong hold on communication that enable them to make others understand their point of view in a very subtle manner eradicating any misconception becomes even more easier that directly or indirectly improves relation with others. Not only communicating effectively on personal level hold great importance but also when it comes to national or international level debates, people who are good at communication always step ahead to convey their perspective.

In fact, Multinational companies give special emphasis on effective communication skills though the employees are advised to have positive attitude along with such skills. There are two basic categories of effective communication one is verbal and second is non verbal. Both the modes of effective communication hold significance when it comes to conveying exact message as previously communicated by groups, individual or community. Body language too plays an important role and is generally known as non verbal communication. Facial gestures, eye contact, body posture reveals a lot about person’s inherent thoughts. Thus both verbal and non verbal modes of communication are significant to convey right impression on the opposite person to whom one is communicating.

Apart from this there are several other things that effects communication. Dressing sense is one such base factor that gives first impression of the speaker. Moreover, to bring liveliness when communicating with others it is important to be enthusiastic, good listening skills are too significant to improve communication. Only after adhering these points one can become eligible to communicate effectively.
