The reason that causes anxiety can differentiate according to a person’s capability of tackling with triggers. That is why, there are different form of anxiety that have occurred which are greatly affecting our mental health. So here are different forms of anxiety as given below:
Generalized anxiety disorder
It is a state where a person does not have the reason of anxiety but still he suffers due to some bad experiences or says because of some fear. Under this phase of anxiety, people cannot suggest why they are that much stressed or not having mental peace. The Generalized anxiety is often found among woman; during this anxiety, affected person suffers from heart palpitations, headaches, dizzy spells, and insomnia, which generally stays for six months.
Specific phobia
Very clear form its name, specific phobia is a kind of anxiety when a person faces fear with a particular objet, and an immediate exposure of that particular thing, from which a person having phobia cause anxiety. Heart palpitation, shaking, and shortness of breath are the common features of specific phobia.
Panic disorder
The scientific name of Panic disorder is Agoraphobia. Under which, affected person may suffers from unexpected panic attacks. The past bad experience of a person that may cause him anxiety and fear can affect him with panic disorder. During which he starts shaking, complain about chest pains, dizziness, fear of losing control, and reluctance of being alone.
Social phobia
Few people have a kind of social anxiety, especially those persons who do not have confidence while interacting with others. The fear of social gathering becomes higher day by day, and they become victim of social phobia or say social anxiety. Shaking, dizziness, shortness of breath, and heart palpitations are the common features of social phobia.
Obsessive-compulsive disorder
People with obsessive-compulsive disorder, have a particular obsession that cause them anxiety. For instance, a person who is obsessed about cleanliness may experience anxiety even while cleaning the room because he is obsessed with his anxiety. People suffering from this disorder always stays confused, they often shout get irritated very easily.
PTSD (Post-traumatic stress disorder)
A person suffering from PTSD, can re- calls the completely bad experience, even with the slight hint of his bad experience. He may cry uncontrollably, panic, or might lose control during PTSD attacks.
It is very essential to first know the type of anxiety one is suffering from, and then, with the help of experts and psychologist one can eradicate the whole notion of anxiety from ones life.
